The Wild Hops
All Our Hops have been cultivated from the original mother plant.  Due to the Wild Hops' naturally evolved pest and disease resistance, we are able to grow our hops without the excessive chemical sprays that are common among mass-produced hops

How it Brews

- Pronounced bitterness with 'juicyfruit/citrus/apricot' flavors coming from the high farnescene and extremely high linalool (up to 2.5times higher than any other USDA listed hop in production)

- Outstanding preservative characteristics...excellent flavor evolution with age

- Great head retention
